I'll try and get some screenshots of my ping tests and what is actually happening once I'm in game.Intel Hackintosh Discord: AMD Hackintosh Discord: Rules I'm also imagining my computer being at the very bottom of a 'Bandwidth Priority' listДЄnd whenever someone gets on the Internet, I'm forced further down the list until I get to 0 (I'm crazy at this point.) I have checked what type my iPad uses (I have barely any problems on my iPad) and it is very similar to the one I use for my computer. Sometimes I'll have 2 megabytes/second (Australian Internet :P) and other times I'll have straight up 0 when I'm trying to download a small file like Steam setup.

It has gotten to the point where my download speed now fluctuates like crazy. It has been driving me absolutely insane. I would absolutely love anyone who manages to help me fix this problem. I ran a performance recorder while it was happening and didn't find anything despite the interface being quite confusing. My computer again and the connection was fine for a while but got worse like it always does. My ping now sits around 20ms and 0-3ms of jitter when I run a test on but when I play any game, my ping skyrockets like crazy still and I get disconnected from games like Rainbow Six Siege and Overwatch so they are virtually unplayable. I'm not really sure what else to do so any help would be appreciated :) I should also mention that my sister and I connected to the same server (using the same wireless network) on Rocket League, she was on her Macbook and I was on my computer and she was having no problems but I was sitting at around 200ms with massive spikes. My wireless network card is the TP-Link TL-WDN4800.

Changed the 'Choose how updates are installed' to 'Off' in the Windows update settings like pretty much everyone has said on the Internet.

Full scans of my computer using Windows Defender. Wiring my computer directly into my router, still terrible connection.

My packet loss remains at 0% after many tests and I have tried pretty much everything I can find online. I used and the jitter would be incredibly high (around the 100s). I have had this problem before a month or two ago a couple of weeks after I got my computer and managed to fix it by wiping my computer but I'd rather not do that again since I have around 150-200gb worth of files and would rather use this as a last resort. I'm having this problem where my ping in games will sit at around 150ms+ and will often skyrocket to the 1000s but what I'm really confused about is that the day before this started happening, my ping in game was at a stable 30ms and I was having no problemsДЄt all besides the occasional spike to around 150ms which is normal because I'm on a wireless connection.
